Just because you’re staying low carb doesn’t mean you can’t have a yummy treat! These brownie protein muffins will rock your world AND it’s flourless. That’s right, it’s delicious and packs a protein punch that you can easily eat on the go.
Who doesn’t like muffins?! I know I love it especially for breakfast, but all the regular premade muffins out there are full of sugar and so not low carb. I’m so glad I found a keto & paleo friendly recipe and who knew that bananas with cocoa powder can create such a delicious treat? And for an extra umph, I added a few scoops of collagen peptide powder to the recipe to make this muffin a little on the heavier side. Of course, if you also want to add some crunch to it, I recommend topping it with some walnuts (or you fave type of nuts) before putting it in the oven.

I hope your protein muffins turn out as scrumptious as mine did. Don’t be shy, let me know in the comments below! Enjoy.
